Initial Session:

  • Your family’s current eating habits and each member’s nutrition needs will be determined. 
  • What foods to you love, what foods do you hate, what do you want to do better?
  • We’ll get to the bottom of what’s really going on. Then, working together, we’ll develop step-by-step strategies so that you can have the easy, healthy, quality family meals that you desire that both you and your kids will enjoy.
  •  Runs approximately 2 hours.

 

Dinner Menu Planning:

  • Imagine having healthy, easy answers to “What’s for dinner” that both you and your kids will enjoy eating! 
  • Save time and stress, but without the full cost of a personal chef. 
  • All menus are individually written to meet your family’s nutrition needs, include favourite foods, match your cooking skills, and fit in your schedule.
  • Breakfasts and lunches are also available. 
  • Each week’s plan includes grocery lists and recipes.


Hands-on Child Feeding Instruction:

  • Personalized, hands-on baby and child feeding skill training in your home.
  • You will be confident that you are giving your baby the skills to become a healthy eater.

 

Kitchen Essentials:

  • Is your kitchen organized to make cooking efficient?
  • Do you stock all the ingredients you need to make dinner quickly and easily? 
  • Have your kitchen assessed by an expert and receive recommendations for what to stock in your fridge, freezer, and cupboards.
  • Find out what cooking equipment you really need (and what you can get rid of).
  • Runs approximately 1 hour.

 

Tours:

  • Tour your local grocery store, produce store, and/or farmers market.
  • Learn how to read labels and find the best deals.
  • I’m not paid by any grocery store so you get un-biased advice!
  • Tours work best when young children are not present (they just don’t have the attention span). Babies and teens welcome!
  • Runs approximately 1.5 hours.

  • Via email, telephone, or in-person at your home or my office.
