Initial Session:

  • What foods do you love, what ones do you hate, and what can you do better? 
  • We’ll get to the bottom of what’s really going on. 
  • Step-by-step strategies are determined to overcome your barriers and meet your goals. 
  • Runs approximately 1-1.5 hours. 

 

Dinner Menu Planning:

  • Imagine already knowing what’s for dinner and grocery shopping only once a week.
  • Save time and stress, but without the full cost of a personal chef. 
  • All menus are individually written to meet your nutrition needs, include favourite foods, match your cooking skills, and fit in your schedule. 
  • Each plan includes grocery lists and recipes.
  • Breakfasts and lunches are also available.

 

Kitchen Essentials:

  • Is your kitchen organized to make cooking efficient?
  • Do you stock all the ingredients you need to make dinner quickly and easily? 
  • Have your kitchen assessed by an expert and receive recommendations for what to stock in your fridge, freezer, and cupboards.
  • Find out what cooking equipment you really need (and what you can get rid of).
  • Runs approximately 1 hour.

 

Tours:

  • Tour your local grocery store, produce store, and/or farmers market.
  • Learn how to read labels and find the best deals.
  • Each tour is customized to answer your questions.
  • I’m not paid by any grocery store so you get un-biased advice!
  • Runs approximately 1.5 hours.

 

Follow-up:

  • 30 minute sessions can be either over the phone, in your home, or at my office.

  • Motivation is the key to creating new lifestyle habits!
