    Testimonials

"I'm a vegetarian who hates to cook. Kristen helped to make feeding myself easier by working within my restrictive diet and suggesting balanced, tasty meals that are quick and easy for me to make. I feel healthier and I no longer need to eat out to get a good-tasting meal."

    Megan
"Kristen praised me for what I was doing right and made simple suggestions that worked with my lifestyle to where I could incorporate healthier choices. Her approach was positive and encouraging and didn't feel restrictive."

    Naomi
"I have a baby that at seven months was eating butter chicken and pesto salmon thanks to Kristen's advice. She gave practical tips and really understood the emotional relationship a mother has to feeding her child."
